Clinic Director & RMT
Tara Huddlestone
Tara is the Clinical Director and driving force behind Palmer Massage Therapy Clinic. A graduate of the Institute of Complementary and Alternative Therapies, she also holds a Diploma in Sports Management and certifications in Therapeutic Ultrasound, TENS, Sports Massage Therapy, Kinesiology Taping, Deep Tissue Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy. With an extensive background in athletics, coaching, and exercise program development, Tara brings a well-rounded approach to client care. As an experienced RMT, she’s deeply committed to helping clients achieve optimal health and balance.

Camelia Mafi
Camelia is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care. With a Master’s in Sports Physiology and a Bachelor’s in Physical Education, she brings a deep understanding of anatomy and movement to her practice. Camelia is committed to supporting each client’s health and overall well-being.

Nicola Havenga
Nicola graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2010 and has since worked in a variety of settings — from multidisciplinary clinics to luxury hotel spas in Canada and South Africa. She has completed additional training in Deep Tissue Massage and Fascial Release techniques. Through her diverse experiences, Nicola has developed a unique massage style that blends effective relief with deep relaxation.

Kristen Leon
Kristen discovered her passion for massage therapy as a second career, inspired by her deep interest in pathophysiology, neuroscience, and anatomy. A graduate of Kikkawa College with honours and a second-year scholarship recipient, she brings both academic excellence and hands-on expertise to her practice. Kristen combines a variety of techniques, including Lomi, acupressure, cupping, sports massage, and manual lymphatic drainage — skills she has honed through continued education and travels abroad. As a Yoga instructor and QiGong student with a strong background in exercise and weight training, Kristen offers a holistic approach to wellness, creating treatments and remedial programs tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Physiotherapist
Susan Jones
Susan Jones is a Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in orthopaedic care, treating a wide range of conditions including arthritis, sports injuries, joint pain, repetitive strain, tendinitis, bursitis, sciatica, and post-surgical recovery. She combines manual therapy, acupuncture, and customized exercise programs to help clients recover fully and prevent re-injury. Susan holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto, along with a BSc in Biology and a BA in Psychology. She is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University and has advanced training in neuro-functional acupuncture and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. Outside the clinic, Susan enjoys running, tennis, and spending time outdoors. Her athletic background includes competing in varsity squash, swimming, and track and field.
