Lidia Palmer, RMT, BA, Clinic Director

Lidia Palmer, the driving force of the Clinic, is a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered CranioSacral Therapist. She has a degree in sociology specializing in organization and group dynamics, and a certificate in Human Relations.

Lidia practices Swedish massage, cranial-sacral and hot rock therapy. She is also actively involved with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as a Peer Assessor in the Quality Assurance Program. As a Subject Matter Expert, she has participated in the development of provincial licensing exams and is currently an on-site examiner.

Lidia’s goals are simply to help you feel better and stay healthy with a wellness strategy designed for your individual needs.
